Welcome to Move Yoga in Zurich Altstetten – a calm, spacious studio designed to help you slow down, move with intention and reconnect with yourself.

Here, we focus on mindful movement, presence, and breath. It’s a place to feel at home in your body, recharge, and explore your practice at your own pace.

The studio’s minimalist design, with soft beige and earthy browns, creates a quiet and clear atmosphere. Thoughtfully selected materials and props support you in feeling steady and open, while indirect lighting adds a warm, relaxed vibe—ideal for tuning into what really matters.

YOGA MATS

We provide mats for your practice. If you prefer using your own mat, feel free to bring it along - your practice, your choice.

HOW TO GET TO THE STUDIO

Move Yoga is located at Hohlstrasse 456, 8048 Zürich - just a short walk from Zurich Altstetten train station and easy to reach by tram or bus.

STUDIO ENTRANCE

The entrance is in the courtyard, behind the building.

PARKING

Free parking (up to 3 hours) is available Monday to Saturday in the Letzipark shopping center parking - across from the studio. On Sunday there is a charge.

CHILDCARE

Letzipark shopping center offers a childcare service for children aged 2 to 8. Enjoy your class while Letzipark takes care of your little one. For prices and opening hours, check their website.
