Hund & Yoga

Move, breathe and chill - together. Hund & Yoga is a gentle practice that blends simple yoga, mindful touch and light stretches to help you and your dog connect, unwind and feel good - on and off the mat.

No yoga experience needed. Your dog stays by your side, on-leash. No pup-to-pup interaction. Guided in German & English. All breeds and sizes welcome (except dogs in heat). Semi-private classes, small group vibes - max. 5 human-dog pairs.

What to bring?

  • a towel and/or your dog’s blanket

  • comfortable clothing

  • treats for your dog (in a goody bag or lick tube)

  • your dog’s favorite chew bar

Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Water bowls are available in the room. Please keep your dog on a leash and wait outside the building until class begins.

Hund & Yoga Retreat in Flims

Join us for a heartwarming winter weekend in the stunning Swiss Alps. Nadine and Sabina bring together dogs & yoga. With only 8 human-dog pairs, this semi-private retreat offers space for connection, relaxation and personalized guidance - both on and off the mat.

Classes

CHF 540

+ CHF 190 if you’d like to bring a partner (participating as a group of three). Both dog owners can join the dog training and yoga sessions. For hund & yoga, only one person participates at a time - you can take turns.
