Beginner-Friendly Classes

New to yoga or returning after a break? These classes are a welcoming place to start.

With gentle pacing, clear guidance, and supportive options, you’ll feel comfortable moving at your own rhythm. Our teachers create a warm space and are happy to offer individual support — just let them know it’s your first class. All our teachers speak German and English.

The level indications in the schedule are simply a guide — you’re always welcome to join and explore what feels right for you. Come as you are. We’ll meet you there.
