Beginner-Friendly Classes

New to yoga or coming back after a break? You're in the right place.

Our classes are welcoming, supportive and open to all levels. Move at your own pace with clear guidance and options to suit your practice.

Let your teacher know if it's your first class and whether you prefer German or English. All of our teachers speak both languages and can adjust their instruction accordingly.

Our level guide is just that — a guide. Come as you are and find the class that feels right for you.
