  • Energy Flow

    Energy Flow is a powerful class that boosts vitality, strengthens the core and stimulates energy flow with uplifting sound, leaving you energized and revitalized.

    Intermediate.

  • Flow & Release

    Flow & Release combines Vinyasa flow with long-held Yin poses. The class starts with a breath-led flow to warm the body, followed by grounding stretches that target connective tissues.

  • Flow & Sound

    Flow & Sound starts with a dynamic flow, followed by a slowdown to immerse in the healing vibrations of sound, using instruments like singing bowls and gongs to release tension and deepen relaxation.
