Welcome to my world!

I’m Sabina, a passionate yoga student and certified teacher (E-RYT 500+/YACEP), living in Zurich with my dog, Bao. Yoga has been part of my life since 2008, shaping not only my practice but also the way I move through the world. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from inspiring teachers around the globe, and my passion grew into a calling to share yoga with others.

For me, yoga is meditation in action—connecting body, mind, and breath, offering both strength and stillness. Bao is often by my side, reminding me to stay present and find joy in every mo(ve)ment.

And now, a dream is finally coming true: soon we’ll open our very own yoga home in Zurich Altstetten!
