Dog & Yoga Class

Move, breathe & relax - together

Dog & Yoga classes combine gentle yoga for you with mindful movement, calm dog-training elements, and guided touch to help you and your dog connect and unwind — on and off the mat.

No yoga experience needed. Dogs stay on leash with no dog-to-dog contact. Guided in German & English. All breeds and sizes welcome (except dogs in heat). Small, semi-private groups (max. 5 human–dog teams).

What to bring to class

  • A towel and/or your dog’s blanket

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Treats for your dog (in a goody bag or lick tube)

  • Your dog’s favorite chew bar

Yoga mats are provided - you’re welcome to bring your own. Water bowls are available in the room. Please keep your dog on leash and wait outside the building until class begins.
